1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information when you use Brand Builder:
- Account information: name, email address, and password
- Business information: business name, industry, target audience, brand values, and other details provided through the onboarding questionnaire
- Generated content: brand voice guidelines, content samples, knowledge base entries, and chat conversations produced through the Platform
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, and general interaction patterns
- Payment information: processed and stored securely by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers
2. How We Use Information
- To provide and maintain the Platform
- To generate your brand identity, voice guidelines, and content
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send transactional emails (onboarding, account updates, receipts)
- To improve the Platform and develop new features
- To respond to support inquiries
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored using Supabase, a US-based cloud database platform. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement row-level security policies to ensure that your data is only accessible to you and authorized administrators. Backups are maintained to prevent data loss.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the Platform:
- Stripe— payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.
- Anthropic (Claude)— AI content generation. Questionnaire responses and brand data are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your brand output. Anthropic does not use API inputs for model training.
- Resend— transactional email delivery. Your email address and name are shared with Resend to deliver onboarding and account-related emails.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data and generated content at any time through your dashboard
- Delete your account and associated data by contacting us
- Export your brand output, including brand guides and knowledge base content
- Correct inaccurate personal information through your account settings

6. Cookies
Brand Builder uses essential cookies to maintain your authentication session and preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Session cookies are required for the Platform to function and are automatically deleted when you close your browser or when they expire.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
